Mile High Multilingual Services interview questions

Phone interview. If the supervisor thinks you are a good fit you are scheduled for a face to face with President and COO. Most of the questions asked are outdated and have nothing to do with the actual job. All in all this was the most awkward and uncomfortable interview I have ever gone through.

I applied for the administrative position which was advertised for $18/hr yet was given the position of a language coordinator which was $16/hr. There was an initial interview with 3 people who were the senior employees, then a separate interview with the CEO and CFO if the first group liked you.
