Interview
The interview process went well, I showed my enthusiasm for working as a groundsman and to continue learning new skills and working in a school environment. I managed to get to the next stage from the interview to do a trial but ended up doing just 20 minutes of weeding which was very insulting. The head groundsman then sent a patronising email saying I should be proud of the way I performed even though they didn't give me the chance to show them what I can do. He even said that I should have looked up when the school was founded because apparently that is an indicator of whether I can do grounds work.

no feedback provided even though asked for by email. I was not sure how the whole process worked out as there were no other candidates introduced. The whole process was slightly unfriendly .
