Met with Milone and MacBroom at my college career fair and heard back very quickly to do an onsite interview approximately 2-3 weeks later. Interview was with 1 person from HR and 3 engineers from the Civil Engineering department. The majority of the questions were about my prior experience, education, etc., with a few behavioral questions thrown in. The focus was very much on my past civil engineering experience. Before I got home they wanted to schedule another interview via Skype to speak with another team member. They also wanted some samples of my technical writing. Offered job after Skype interview, negotiated and accepted offer a week later. Overall, it was a great, very smooth, interview process with very nice people.
