Very simple and dynamic process. You do a phone simulation on your computer. you take a couple of lengthy surveys that ask about your personal preferences, and get a really good idea of who you are. i actually went through the trouble of reading the in depth analysis of my survey responses and it was surprisingly accurate and very interesting. then there was an in person interview which included a quiz on basic computer knowledge. The interview its self was very easy but had some quirky job interview questions that I really had to hum and hah through just to answer.
