I interviewed at MindTickle (Boston, MA)
1. I felt misled when I discovered they had on their official career page their Glassdoor rating was a 4.6. When I started the process their ratings were actually down to a 4.0. By the end of my interview experience their ratings dropped to a 3.7. 2. I was informed this role was open because the previous BDR left the company - another member at the company told me they were promoted. 3. On LinkedIn the salary was 95-100k but in the phone screening I was informed that was an mistake and it was actually 65k. The experience: I felt rushed and felt pressured to do 4 interviews in a week. I would receive an email at 2AM then another email at 4AM asking me to respond. In those interviews I did a presentation and additional writing assignments that took 6+ hours to complete. After being rushed through the process and doing the final round interview, it was silence. In my final round interview, I asked if they (panel of several people) had any feedback from the writing assignment they gave me. They had no feedback so I believe the work they requested me to do wasn’t even reviewed. After a couple weeks of nothing I inquired with the recruiter about the timeline of the decision and shortly after at 2AM, I got the generic “thank you for your interest but…” email. I hope this feedback helps the next candidate have a better experience.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at MindTickle in Mar 2023
The recruitment process for this position consists of three rounds, including an offline assignment, a Technical and Product Case Round, and an Assignment Evaluation and Hiring Manager interview. Despite providing thorough responses to each interview question and receiving positive feedback from the interviewers, I was ultimately informed of my rejection via a generic email. Regrettably, I invested nine hours in completing and submitting the offline assignment. I found that interviewer was not receptive to diverse perspectives on open-ended questions, preferring to hear only preconceived answers. For those considering this position, I advise against investing valuable time in completing the offline assignment.
- Tell me about yourself, explain any project, question from assignment

Recruiter cancelled when the interview was supposed to start saying the position had been filled which is fine but some advance notice should be given so people don't waste their time

The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at MindTickle (New Delhi)
1) assesment ( develop api framework) 2) tech interview with architect 3) tech interview with manager (last round) You will never able to meet expectation of manager who takes last round . He never satisfies with your solution and keep on pointing problems in your solution. I applied twice in mindtickle and both times the manager messed up my interview. he has very very high expectation from sdet to which they are not even offering good salary. Wastage of time , qa manager does not want to hire any person and he enjoys humilating the candidate.

HR reached out to me after I applied through linkedin. Asked about notice period, expected CTC and told me there would be 2 rounds to technical and on e HR. I cleared all the rounds then she asked to clear one assignment rounds. Then she told to renegotiate on the CTC and shorten notice period. I don't think they value people time and you should be clear from the start. That is not the way. I don't think it is unicorn startup or the best place to work. Confused management and HR

3 Rounds happened in total. 1. Coding round: DP problem and then changed to some variation. Cleared. 2. Coding plus design round: Again DP problem, was able solve it then interviewer changed the question and solved it. One design question was asked where they asked LLD mostly. I was asked to repeat the second round again now interviewer was not sure of he needs HLD or LLD. Overall experience was not great.
