I have been working at Mindtickle for two years now and I have to say, this is one of the best companies I have ever worked for. I appreciate the open communication channels and the regular check-ins with my manager to ensure that I am on track and supported in my work. The company is innovative and always striving to improve its products and services, which makes it an exciting place to work. The benefits package is also excellent, with competitive salaries, comprehensive health insurance, and generous time off policies. Sometimes collaboration with other team members of company is tough. Probably if we start working from office it might resolve.

Pros

Here we always have the opportunity to grow ourselves both professionally and personally. We have better learning curves. We don't only stick to the role we are in, instead, we can learn and work on different levels of difficulties if we want. Our team culture is super amazing, helpful, and always engaging. The manager is very supportive, transparent, and communicative in the overall respect of his team members. And always available to listen. The quality of work and the tech stack we are using are the latest in the market.

1. As the company is in the growing phase, a slight shift in the company culture is being observed. This could be regained in the long run. 2. Sometimes, we have to do rush coding because of tight deadlines which could affect the code quality and product quality.

As team is coming to pune we are expecting a better quality food.

Had opportunity of working from home and also quarterly employee engagement program was great.

- Did not get promotion because my junior is not yet ready for the next level. No matter how much you work hard, you will merely get any appreciation - It's just this this quarter that employee awards specially for testing team got introduced (only 1 award). There are DAB awards where quality team is not even considered. - Managers do not have right skill set. Do not communicate things on time. Everything comes as urgent and high priority required. Like getting some data for some meetings, do not spare even weekends to get such data. Their delay cause us time crunch. - I had no idea who was my BP hr. Could not gety concerns resolved.

Although Mindtickle has a very strong company culture, PeopleOps has struggled to communicate and properly manage the impact of the current difficult period in the industry overall. This has led to frustration and disappointment.

Been part of Mindtickle for around 5 yrs now. And the company has been instrumental in my personal and professional. Technology: Mindtickle has been always on the forefront in adopting new technologies. You will see many new technologies like golang, graphql, datamesh etc that are already been adopted in Mindtickle. The focus in on quality engineering, leading to great learning, There is also challenges related to scale , which gives another dimension of learning on how to work on scale. Career: You are aware of what things need to be done for your next promotion. Sooner you demonstrate the skill sooner you will be promoted. The organisation also support personal career choices like moving from tech to program management or moving from management to tech role. Regular 1:1 helps in the around support/development of the individual. Compensation: Mindtickle’s compensation is one of the best int the industry. No leave policy: Basically you are allowed to take leaves based on your need. Thus it helps in great Work life balance.

I have been at Mindtickle for nearly 2 years now, and I take pride in being a Mindtickler! This is the first company I have started my career with, and there has been immense support from everyone to grow professionally. My Efforts are always appreciated, and the positive work environment across the organization motivates me to go that extra mile. I wanted to work remotely as there was a personal need. My manager and the management understood my needs and offered me the flexibility to work from home. The culture is beautiful, and the ability to have a work-life balance is a cherry on top!

We have to work extra hours at times when the company needs it due to teams in different time zones, but it’s a fair trade!
