First a phone interview with hiring manager, then interview with some from HQ in New York. Later an in person interview with same hiring manager and a quick meeting with the executive in the local office just to see if it was a work culture fit. Very quick and organized process. Really felt good about the people and this company. Appreciated that they offered to teach me skills I didn't quite have yet. I only didn't accept offer because I realized I wanted to go into a different field. Besides that, I would have certainly accepted.
