Interview
The first stage was a group assesment in one of their pub locations. Included some team exercises, building a tower out of paper etc. The assesors where friendly and it was an overall pleasant experience. It was not specifically focused on the role, as skills are learnt on the job.
Good experience the interviewer was nice and the process was straight forward. I would recommend them and have a few friends who work for them who say they are a good employer. I was unsuccessful in my interview
Informal and friendly, Was interviewed in another pub with the manager. I was offered a drink and was felt relaxed. We went through my past experience, whyu I think i am good for the role aswell as ideas for how the pub could be successful.

Interview
Very relaxed interview. Calm conversation with the manager about the company, perks of working there, shift patterns and similar things. Not a formal interview which made me feel at ease.
