30 minute phone screen with recruiter, followed by one-way webcam assessment. Assessment included open-ended questions which I couldn't tell if they were being recorded, or if answers were supposed to be written. I got accused of cheating when answering an open-ended question about my work experience, because I wasn't looking directly into my camera.
This was followed by a multiple choice assessment of Angular questions. The options were filled with syntax errors, questions where none of the given answers were correct, and code that was terribly formatted.
Given this, I didn't pass the assessment. I was told by the recruiter that they needed someone with more Angular "expertise," while I've been developing Angular applications for years, since Angular 2 initially came out. What a joke of an interview process and company.
