2) Writing assessment test (Case study)
3) Technical Round
4) HR Round
The bad thing is HR, Ms. Samudra Krishnamurthy. I saw her only at the time of Interview. After joining the company, she never tried to meet us, even we are new to their company. They did not even conduct the HR Induction with freshers.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
FCFF? FCFE? FIFO, LIFO? Terminal value calculation?
DCF? Depreciation its adjustments?
One behavioral, one technical. Nothing too bad or difficult. Mostly accounting or straight forward finance questions, but helps to be well spoken. Behavioral is like every other interview, no curveball questions for me.
Easy to pass if you know credits, feeling like the standards and requirements are not high. So good luck guys, they used to intake ppl with good background, but now…..
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Moody's in Aug 2022
Interview
HR process was smooth when setting up for the interview with hiring manager. However, interview with hiring manager was not as pleasant and reflected badly on the company. When unable to answer the technical questions posed, hiring manager passed comments that came off snobbish.
