      1-st phase: pre-screening phone interview (competency (behavioural) based interview) 2-nd phase: Assessment day: The format of the assessment day will be as follows – - 1 hour interview - 1 x VP/ Analyst and 1 x Associate Analyst (2 on 1 interview format) - Written Exercise - Accounting Test - Multiple Choice Test - Sovereign/ Sub-Sovereign Assignment (depending on your Line of Business preference)
