      I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Moody's in Sept 2021

      Interview

      A call with the company recruiter, two sets of interviews with relatively senior members of the team (usually 2 per interview), one of which is the hiring manager, and a 4-hour technical exam that involves some coding and data interpretation. The test itself is outdated in terms of data and examples. Some of the interviewers were friendly and the recruiter was nice at the start. However, it went downhill from there. Do not expect them to give you an outcome on your interview. They will ghost you (as I noticed has happened quite frequently). It's really quite unprofessional and rude given how many steps are involved in the interview process. If the interview process is reflective of the values of the company, I would steer clear. It's not a good look to ghost candidates who have met at least several members of the team. It might be okay if it was just the screening phone call, but after several weeks of interviews, the candidate deserves at least a rejection email for closure.
