After being shortlisted for an interview by one of the worst recruitment agencies I have used, Venturi, I was expected to do a test comprised of many questions in such a short duration! I was forced to rush it as I wondered if the ludicrous time limit was correlative of how overworked they may be. Subsequent to the interview, I was ignored for an unacceptable period by the agency before someone from More2 finally contacted me informing my application was declined. I was under the impression they would consider me for future roles but dismayed they gave all my future applications the cold shoulder! Found that rude and inconsistent. Also, their excessive high-pressure environment to meet clientele demands I sensed during the experience and admitted by ex-employees is something no-one needs, hence I would not apply with them in the future.
I attended an interview after applying last year. I was advised a test would precede the interview beforehand. However, on the day, it was suggested that I may have to do a presentation which I found absurd given that I was not notified of this beforehand! The test places you under absurd time constraints and thereupon, the interviewers judge you very quickly after seeing the result. It doesn't matter how much experience you have, how well you do in the face-to-face interview, etc. if you don't answer all the test questions under their silly time limit, they discard your application quicker than a used tissue with their small-picture oriented approach. Another thing is they never respond to future applications, even if you apply for more junior roles! Thus, if your application is unsuccessful, they will never consider you again! Therefore, be careful about considering to work for them because once they discard your application after an interview, you'll probably never get another chance with them.
There are better places to work than this tiny, unrealistic company.
