Interview
Face to face interview, in person, 25 minutes.
Head of sales and a marketing assistant, not many questions.
Company didn't seem at all structured, no KPI's, no targets, no social media systems in place. It all seemed a bit bootleg for a massive national brand like Mornflake. Felt overqualified which felt unusual for me, the feedback I recieved read like chatGPT slop and didn't have anything usable.
Had red flags from the get go.
The interview Starts off with some personal questions such as personality for example. Interviewer then moves on to more technical questions. They want to understand what technologies you are familiar with. They also explain what technologies you’ll be working with and the conditions of the job.
