I first spoke with a recruiter and conducted an online interview. I then met with the Director at the time and conducted a face to face interview at the facility. I was additionally called in for another interview with the RDO. Pleasant experience overall.

Spoke via email several times to set up and confirm date/time. Interview took over an hour and everything was discussed about leadership skills how i manage staff, confrontation and my plans future and present. Discussed my background and education.

I saw the ad and send an email to the recruiter.
I did 3 phone interviews, First with the recruiter, second one with Regional Director of Operations and a third one with another Dir. of Operations.
After that they asked me to submit my references and take an online assessment.
After that my recruiter call me to offer me the job.
