I applied for the job from CareerBeacon on October 30, got an email at November 27 about the interview, and took it at November 30. The interview process was standard and rather casual with the supervisor and several HR members asked several questions about myself and my previous job duties. Sent a follow-up email in early January, yet got a reply 3 weeks later about offering me a casual position instead. Knowing the benefits of a full-time worker in the future I accepted the offer.
