Interview was really nice the Ops manager was really cool and he liked my Interview on the bases of my skills.I was given feedback too that I'm selected, the HR was rude to me after asking offer he negotiated I was still fine because i needed a job. Its been two weeks now he told we are waiting for offer approval and not picking up my calls or replying on msgs.
Candidates are reliable on the hope they will receive offer letter anytime soon and they don't try elsewhere. I don't think this is been taught while doing MBA.

The interview process is simple and followed by technical then HR interview. Arguably best question for a fresher comes from his major project. It highlights following things: Choice of platform(windows/linux), Choice of programming language, Role development in program(You can be sole developer of project),Challenges faced in the project, Approach taken in project for design/solution. This is biggest segment in any interview to showcase your ability.
