I had a scheduled face to face interview with Mphasis. But there were lot of other candidates. Questions were all conceptual. Hardly any programming questions were asked. I was able to answer all the questions. But the feedback i got was that i know the concepts but there is no enough confidence, which was a first for me. Usually concepts are what other companies are looking for. There were no ice breakers and no friendly faces, which was also a first for me.
