Interview
I had an in-person interview with the current office manager and the president of the company and they reviewed my resume and discussed the position with me. After our discussion we went over compensation and benefits and a hypothetical start date.

They had me look over the job description and asked what kinds of experience I had in the areas I'd be working in.
