I had a first round online interview with the recruiter for maybe around 15-20 minutes. The questions were quite standard - asking about what I knew of the company, my background and why I applied for the role. There were also a bunch of standard behavioral questions although they were specifically tailored for a designer and not too generic. Once all the questions were done, I was told that my answers along with my cover letter, resume and portfolio would be forwarded to the hiring manager, who would contact me directly if I got shortlisted.
