The process took about two weeks to complete. I had a phone interview and a two hour in person interview. Afterwards I was asked to complete an activity related to the line of work I was applying for and a Myers Briggs type personality test.

When working in group projects, what position do you tend to volunteer for, and why?

Interview
A quick call was followed by an exercise to be completed as well as a personality quiz. I did both, passed them along, followed up and still did not receive any reply one way or another. Feedback would have been much appreciated, but even a simple rejection email would have sufficed. Instead, they just ghosted.

They asked about previous experiences and which previous positions had been my favorite. The exercise was content analysis to be completed in in an excel, turning qualitative respondent answers into quantitative data and some conclusions on the data.
