Phone interview followed by face to face interview. Face to face interview included pair programming exercise and architecture questions, and giving a short presentation. They allowed 20 minutes of preparation before the pair programming started which was very helpful to gather my thoughts. Also they tell you in advance what your short presentation will be on, so you can prepare for that.
