Interview
The interview was relatively easy -- interviewer cared a lot more about my thought process and current experience (via personal and school projects) than he did about technical ability. YMMV, though, as I had a lot of projects to talk about and they might get more technical if you don't.
I had a second interview a few days later and was given an offer the day after that.

No live technical component, but the process was still technical. Should know your own code very well. Entire team on call usually. Behavioral matters a lot, so know exactly why you want to join.

Interviewed for Flight SWE position in Fall 2023. Screening Call, then video call with Hiring Manager. Ghosted after the Second round -- Perhaps as a result of the waves of layoffs they experienced (And are still experiencing it seems)
