Found position on NPP program. I did my first contact by email. We arranged skype talk. I was told about the lab and the tasks and goals. Arranged another skype talk with higher management. I was asked a few questions ans told about my task as a postdoc in detail. I was then offered a 1 year position.

Interview
Interviewed with 10 people in the department I was applying to some were technical and others more behavioral. I gave a 50 minute public talk followed by question about my talk.
