A structured interview using a prescribed format. I had not had this sort of interview for over 30 years so found it difficult. Many of the questions were difficult to answer using example from my previous roles

Give an example of a time when you felt you let your team down and how did you resolve it.
Applied online on their website and later had a 2:1 interview, all the interview questions can be found online. The interview was scheduled to late 15 minutes but was around 40. It was very conversational and comfortable

Manager asked general questions like why do you want to work here; explain NHS values, and gives a scenario of a donor carer who wasn’t following guidelines. There was also a question about what empathy means.
