I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE
Interview
I gave a manager my resume during a job fair and was given a url link in return to apply online. I did that the same day. A few days later their outsourced hiring company emailed me and set up a day to call me (they didn't say what time). I was called and they were very impressed with my answers to their questions, so they moved me on to the group interview with the hiring managers. They let me pick which day out of 4 days to be group-interviewed and I picked the first day at one of the first time slots.
The group interview took place in a hotel presentation room so it was cozy and private. I had a group of 6+me, so 7 people were getting interviewed similtaneously. There were 3 of Nike's managers interviewing us and rotating in asking questions. They introduced themselves as the Head Coach, footwear, and s&r coaches. They were all wearing casual Nike clothes, but all us interviewees were wearing business-casual (this is advised). The table took turns answering a total of 4 questions on a *who raised their hands first to answer* basis. I only answered 3/4 questions while everyone but one other person answered all 4, however I had lengthy and detailed answers to my questions and was very enthusiastic/knowledgeable about what I was talking about. I initially panicked because I did not have an answer to one question, but they modified it for me and I showed a lot of passion in my answer. Almost a week later, I got a call from Nike's hiring company and was offered the position.
3/7 people from my group were offered/ultimately accepted the offer.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
Fast and efficient. Did not have to wait long. Interview questions are as expected. Questions asked are more towards competency and scenario based ones.
Basically met Store Leader of the shop over video call for the interview process
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
