      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Portsmouth, South East England, England) in Nov 2017

      Interview

The overall interview process went well. I received a phone call from the General Manager who invited me for an interview a week later. On the day of the interview, we sat down in a Cafe just across from the store premises where I was interviewed by the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, after they had bought me a coffee. The questions were fairly general in respect to the job role and were fairly simple to answer, however they did seem as though they liked a long thorough reply to each question (which I did give). They then began asking me about my experiences and so on which was easy enough, and I had made sure to bring proof and references of previous experience/achievements within previous roles to give them a good idea of my understandings within similar positions. Both were nice people, the interview lasted for around 2 hours and I was told that a decision would be made by the end of that week (I interviewed on a Tuesday)/the beginning of the next, and that regardless of if successful or not, they would be in touch to give feedback on both accounts. However I have still yet to hear back and it is little over that time frame. I am holding out, however I don't have high hopes and I am refraining from contacting them in case the process is taking a little longer on their behalf and I am trying not to come across as needy. If however they choose not to contact me with a decision, this will have gone completely against what they said and for that I would loose my value for them as a company.

      Application

      I interviewed at NIKE

      Interview

Applied for a position and was reached out by the new Head Coach and was informed to apply for a different position within. Went back and forth on email and Justin was great at communication and feedback. Later Jonathan got involved and an interview was conducted and they handled themselves very professionally. Unfortunately, given it was a relocation and a new store, I completely understand why they chose to go with a different option.
