A long interview, highly active and engaging with others also going for the role. Sets the scene for the job to come and very enjoyable. Stands out from others retailers who hold boring interviews often with no feedback
La entrevista grupal constó de 6 personas. Comenzamos con una actividad de papiroflexia para evaluar el trabajo en equipo mientras nos presentábamos y compartíamos nuestras cualidades. Después respondimos preguntas sobre resolución de problemas en tienda con alto volumen de clientes y capacidad de organización.

Actividades en grupo, cómo resolver problemas en equipo, y cualidades de cada persona.
Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
