Interview
This was for a contract position. The interview was a phone interview with 2 the hiring manager and the director. The interview was conversational in structure but driven by a series of open ended questions regarding past experience and exploration of skills needed for success with the position.

Describe your background, tell me about who you are and the work you have done that relates to the requirements of this position
I had 5 interviews over the course of 2 weeks. Almost all of the questions were behavioral tell me about a time when you did x or z. They were all related to nikes core principals. I heard back and was given an offer and negotiated salary and pay with HR.

Average and good to learn questions. Questions was answerable and easy to answer. No. Need much preparation to attend and answer. Good for those who like to learn for of a working life adult
