The interview was grouped and they asked scenario based questions. Job history was asked as well plus You should show them that you have knowledge of the company. It was fun and easy in my opinion. Just know what you're talking about.

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
