They give you a call for a group interview
and let you know if you have been selected for it.
2 or 3 managers take turn asking questions and then you take turns in the group answering simple retail questions.
Online quiz then interview via zoom with two team members. Went through a bunch of hypothetical customer interactions, teamwork and availability. Wanted to know how many hours I wanted and retail and athletic knowledge

I applied through the nike website and it took a few days to receive an email and follow through with an online interview process where they ask about 5 basic retail questions, and it gives you a certain amount of time to answer. Once I submitted the video, they reviewed it and got a call about a week later to offer me the job and let me know when the training process would begin.
