Group interview with about 3-4 other people; fairly easy. If you know anything about the company other than "I like shoes," you'll be good to go. 80% of applicants will only know about Jordans and don't care about anything else. The interviewee is very monotone, just because they know how many people want to work for Nike so they want to read your energy levels/body language more than your response to their energy.

La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.

Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
