Very easy. They ask for past experience involving any type of customer service and possible experience that can tie to the company. Mine was a group interview since it was during the seasonal time.

Simple than expected. Nothing is unexpected. Fill in the form with details then share the experience. Started with self introduction and work experience. After that it is questions and answers sections.
It was very straight forward, the whole interview was recording your questions to answers and you had two tries for each question. All the questions were technical and didn't ask about past experiences.
