Phone screen followed by 3 panel interviews with leadership. Questions cover managemnet tasks such as operations, coaching and development of a team as well as business results and driving business results

Applied online. Was contacted on the phone 3-4 weeks later and we set up a date for a Zoom call. The interview lasted around 40 minutes and was difficult in the sense that the question put forward was more directed about me and who I am as a person rather than my experience and what I can contribute with.
