I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (Los Angeles, CA) in Aug 2014
Interview
It was a group interview. Very laid back and we talked about sports and our favorite products. That same day, they sent out an email that does a background check and within a week, a Nike representative called and said I got the job and I would go into work and pick out clothes i wanted to wear to work and I would have rookie camp in a few days and a manager would be contacting me

I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in Jun 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
