      Seasonal Part Time Athlete Interview

      26 Oct 2015
      Anonymous employee
      Aurora, IL
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. I interviewed at NIKE (Aurora, IL) in Oct 2015

      Interview

I applied on the Nike website and received an email to call for a phone interview. The phone interviewer asked questions like Why Nike?, What three products could I sell? and How can I provide good customer service? Also asked my availability and how much I would want to get paid. I didn't answer that question though because I wasn't sure what to say.... Then at the end she told me I passed this interview and gave me a set of times for a group interview. This was my first group interview and it was actually not bad at all. Two managers interviewed me and 4 other people. They really wanted to let us know that the interview was supposed to be laid back. First we introduced ourselves and gave a little background info then the interview really began..... After that I received an email 5 days later for a background check so not bad at all.
