I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NIKE (London, England) in Jan 2016
Interview
After signing in at the security desk, I was taken into a room with 4 other candidates. There were three recruitment managers (we all sat around a big table). The first part of the interview process was to introduce myself, tell them a little bit about myself (this is important, PRACTICE IT!) and talk about a 'personal item' that every candidate was told to bring in one with them (i decided to take in my old pair of Janoski Max). After that we watched a video and had to do a group project on a given task. Very easy, very simple. But....I didn't get the job (informed by an email on the same day of my interview). Hope you get the job Mr/Ms reader. :)
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
How was your experience when you bought your shoes?
I applied in-person. I interviewed at NIKE (Alicante) in Jun 2026
Interview
La entrevista fue desde el primer momento un proceso dinámico, en el que se centraban los entrevistadores en aspectos como resolución de conflictos, trabajo en equipo, y opiniones que tengamos respecto a la marca.
Online with easy questions. Two attempts per question it was super simple. You take a video answering the questions. Very customer service based questions. Took a while to hear back but after the online interviews there are no further interviews.
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NIKE (Miami, FL) in Apr 2026
Interview
Applied online, took a test only about 30 min long, got an online video interview, and the interview is recorded at home its really simple and straight forward questions. Surprisingly don't ask many questions about nike and shoes despite why you'd be a good fit for the company and currently waiting to hear back. (will update upon the response).
