closed room environment, rotating interviewers.
cordial and relaxed process.
a general exploration of background, education, interests and skill sets.
line of questioning to evaluate fit into an organization, separation from the norm, comfort level with work loads, connection to culture, working style, etc.

Interview
I got an interview through the university job fair. It was an informal interview, we just talked about my Portfolio. The interviewer was very friendly. The process of getting into Nike as an intern takes at least 3 months and 3 interviews, which the first interview is informal, the second one is via Skype, and the third is formal interview at Nike/Oregon.
