Interview
I had total 3 calls (2 same day) First call was to have a set day and time as currently still employed with another company while relocating to another state so have to balance a good time for the call. This one was just to get to know the role and my salary expectations. 2nd call was the main interview with the recruiter. Answered all the questions and told me the next steps. 3rd call was a few hours later outside of the availability timeframe and asked why am I currently leaving my current company and told him the reason why. 2 days letter get a rejection email. I sent an email on what I could have done better in the process and got no response from the recruiter.
1 Phone Conversation followed up by 3 zoom interviews with various managers. The interviewing process allowed several managers to get to know you as well as allowing you to get to know them. Each interviewer had a few different questions instead of having to answer several questions at once.
