      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at NJM Insurance (Delran, NJ) in Aug 2018

      Interview

The application process was good I worked with Jessica. After I applied she contacted me to schedule a phone screen. If I had passed this step I would go to the office for an in person interview. This job was to staff the call center fielding incoming calls for people who would like to purchase a policy or current customers who would like to change their policy. Because this is a position requiring a state licence Jessica explained if selected I would have had a 7 day paid training to sit for the state licensing exam. If you do not pass on the first try you have another chance in a day or two. If you do not pass that time your employment will be terminated. Aiming you pass the exam you would have a 5-6 month training to learn about the different policies NJM offers before you even get on the phone. So there is a good half year of preparation before you start seeing the job you are hired for.

      Interview

I applied online. Next day I got and email to partake in a phone screen. After that I was asked to do an assessment online. It was pretty easy. Then I was invited to interview. Interview was pretty straight forward. There’s a second interview if you were to be asked with the department head.
