I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at NPM Technologies (Bengaluru) in Apr 2016
Interview
I would give a 5 star rating for the interview process.
They had 3 online rounds and 1 offline i.e. face to face. The guys treated me very nicely.
I was moving from a tire-2 city to Bangalore, they even offered me a place to stay because I was coming there for the interview.
During the face to face interview, I spoke to CEO and the team lead at the company, Its an open office culture even for the interviews, and the working environment was also cool.
Round 1 (Skype) -Pre Technical : Was seen whether I was good and was capable of getting a Technical Round, they just wanted to find out whether I was a fresher or experienced.
Round 2 (Skype) - Technical Round : This was not a Question answer session, since I was experienced. The Lead Developer called me, and asked me what all I had done so far, and asked to show code that I had written before.
Round 3 (Skype) - HR Round : The CEO Called me, and asked me what I had done before, and some questions related to whether I am okay moving to Bangalore, Why not MNC ? etc.
Round 4 (Face to Face) - HR Round 2 : Was invited to their office, to meet the team and the people whom I was going to work, if I cleared the last round. I loved the culture. The CEO spoke to me about their product and asked questions around it. Also I met the lead developer, who was pretty cool
and a nice person. Since I was a lead before in a small startup, he asked me questions around that, And some technical questions, which were very easy.
