Veey relaxed, it more a conversation than a question/answer interview. The manager explained to me the work I have to do, the difficulties of the conditions on the port especially during the winter.
I applied in-person. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at NQA (Dunstable, England) in Sept 2017
Interview
Two interview sessions. Well conducted. Director and HR seemed warm. However not entirely truthful or willing to go the extra mile to offer any support for employee. The director seemed very supportive as did HR.However once joining the firm the line managers attitude seemed quite weird. The organization structure and support was not equal or fair. Whoever was closer to the directors personally would get more work advice and support and career direction. Regardless of how much work was done.
I applied online. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at NQA (Dunstable, England) in Jul 2019
Interview
The interview went smoothly, the people seemed nice and friendly. Just a normal sit down interview with three employees with basic questions. They told me it was the first time they've done this job role.
