Naissance Trading & Innovation interview questions

Applied for a senior marketing role via a recruiter. My experience could not have been more perfectly suited. First round interview was online, fairly standard questions. Second round was a presentation, to share a marketing strategy. I spent 2 days & 2 evenings creating an extremely thorough & professional document, which I presented on teams. There were zero questions at the end, and I felt it went very well. Did not hear back for over a week, I had to follow up with the recruiter. Eventually heard back to say they thought the presentation was TOO DETAILED, and that I had spelt the company name incorrectly several times in the deck. I checked through multiple times and this simply was not true; I felt like the senior hiring team were gas lighting me and could not provide actual feedback. From their back ground, experience and ‘mean girl’ attitudes, I can only assume they were threatened by someone with passion and energy coming into disrupt their clique. I found the whole process upsetting and whilst I thought the role could be perfect for me, the culture seemed toxic and cold
