1) Telephone interview. Mostly competency based stuff. eg. Tell me a time teamwork/customer service etc... 2) Online technical test. Covers a wide range of subjects. Mechanical, computer science, electronics etc. also some IQ kind of questions (thinking logically etc...). Don't have to get everything right. Should be fine if you just focus on the studies from whatever degree you studying for. 3) assessment day. technical presentation that you have to prepare before hand. A fun tour of NI office. Initial Phone interview- asked about resume contents and the experience you have listed on your resume. Part-technical depending mostly on what you have on your resume. Onsite Technical interview-covered range of topics from software to hardware (mostly DSP) Topics here are mostly ADC and DAC. There is also minimal computation. Panel Interview-asked to present topics of choice Grilled on this part depending on what you have presented. I would advice to study the material really well since interviewer seems to know a broad range of topic.
