Online interview with a senior manager and had of department. Had to prepare a presentation ready for the interview bit was given very short notice of being invited to interview in the first place. Was asked a few questions, some of them very vague. E.g. "Tell us about a time you have worked with senior stakeholders". Other questions were quite repetitive and covered answers already covered in my application. I feel it's far more effective to ask forward looking questions such as how I would handle a situation, rather than asking for historical examples. People can just make them up anyway.
Didn't appreciate the old- fashioned application process. An application form in word. It also asked for my most current salary, which I find to be intrusive and unnecessary. I should be judged on merit of my experience and perceived qualities and skills, not my perceived value in salary.
