Natural Remedies Private Limited interview questions

First was psychometric test which i passed then I was called for interview by the recruiter he was very warm and asked few questions but since it was a holiday time i also meet the senior manager in HR she was very good .More than getting a job the way she explained about the comoany and people and culture was so nice. With 12 years experience this i still remember she said it is not important we as a employer like you but you as a candidate should also be sure and like the company.And seeing the profile of the HR team and sales people on linkedin i felt though this comany is in animal business the people working here coming from B-Schools IIM and all.Next round i was asked to meet again Head of HR he was also a knowledgeable person.After that was the head of sales he was a very senior guy and asked very relevant questions about work and business.After which i was told considering my experience and role i might take some time to get to that role.

The hire process has 3 rounds of discussion. first being technical round with CFO and upon his review the same will be taken to the next level with HR and the HR discussion would happen on general basis to know about how matured the situations are handled....then finally ctc related are discussed
