Neighborly uses HireVue an automated system where you video record your answers to 6 questions. The interface was well down, but the process was very impersonal, awkward and the questions genetic. A very one sided process, which left me with a negative impression of the company.

Video recorded interview followed by meeting two members of the team and then the director of IT. Very basic interview questions over Zoom and all shorts (hour or so a piece). About a week between interviews with (some) communication from HR team.
