Interview
I was contacted by their recruiter and then was brought in for an interview in the Little Rock, AR office. I have no SQL experience and their recruiter knew this already, but I do have software support experience with my current job. The manager Bryan told me to my face twice in the interview that I "had the skills they were looking for". It took over 2 weeks for the recruiter to finally get back with me to tell me they had chosen another candidate more qualified because I didn't have knowledge of SQL.

Interview
It was initially a get to know you session for the first day. Then a software development practical test for the second day. The practical text was in C# the programming language associated with the role that I was being interviewed for.
