I was invited to come to their career fair last November 2013. I went and completed the application form. Right after, I was given a written exam, mostly situational and essay type of questions. After I have completed the exam, I waited for my name to be called and be interviewed initially by HR, Kristle Segui. The first interview went well, Kristle was very nice and accommodating. She advised me to wait for a call from her for my next interview. She also gave me tips on what to say during my next interview with the team leads and managers. After a week, I was scheduled for 2 interviews on the same day, one for the team lead (Anna) and one for the manager (Marvin). Both interviews required me to describe and tell them my work experience as an SAP Project Implementation Specialist in HP. They were also able to provide me information on what it is like to work in NetSuite and what I can expect from the company. A few weeks after, sometime in December, I was called again for another interview with Dave Rosenthal. This time, it was more of Dave telling me more about the company, how it is structured, what other roles there are outside the professional services group, etc. I also raised some questions about the work I will do and he was able to provide answers. My final interview was with the hiring/project manager from UK which was a month after my interview with Dave. On this interview, Susie checked on my project implementation experience and how I handled my relationship with the project team and with the customer. Overall, the interview went well and about a week after, I was contacted by HR for my job offer. I made some negotiations regarding the compensation and after we have agreed on a particular amount, I accepted the job offer.
