Completely ghosted after being asked to do an additional task. Applied online and got scheduled for a zoom interview with someone in HR. Spoke for about an hour, answered every question well, from the conversation it seemed everything was going well. At the end, the interviewer recommended I make a short document highlighting my relevant experience and include links to previous work examples which are relevant, and that he would share this internally. I thought this was a good sign, and spent a few hours on creating this and sent it over. No response, completely ghosted, no acknowledgement, no feedback, nothing. I followed up after a week or so inquiring about the role and if I was still being considered, still ghosted. Very disrespectful and wasteful of candidates time.
